In order to provide our clients with improved service, Ellis & Associates employs some of the most advanced technology tools available in the appraisal industry.

Network

We use Microsoft's Windows 2000 Small Business Server to provide enterprise class data management for everyone in our office. Calendars and e-mail for the entire office are maintained collaboratively. Mobile users can connect seamlessly.

Data is backed up to a redundant system of hard drives and then backed up to tape ensuring data integrity. Security is provided via firewall and Symantec Antivirus. In addition, our technology staff works tirelessly to implement all patches and fixes as soon as they are released by Microsoft to ensure that our system remains as up-to-date as possible.

Software

We use ACI appraisal software, including all popular modules. This enables us to almost complete appraisals on-site with the use of PDAs.
